1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Tech on Tires ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("customer," "client," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Tech on Tires provides mobile technology support services in North Central Florida (352 area code), including but not limited to:

  • Computer repair and troubleshooting
  • Mobile device setup and support
  • Networking and cloud services configuration
  • Office phones and business technology support
  • Website development and maintenance
  • General technology consulting and education

3. Service Area and Availability

Our mobile services are available in North Central Florida (352 area code). Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests but cannot guarantee specific appointment times.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are billed on an hourly basis. While we strive to provide pricing information upfront, exact rates may not always be available at the beginning of service due to the diagnostic nature of technical work. Estimates can be requested but are provided in good faith and may vary based on the actual time required and complexity of work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We prefer electronic payments and use Stripe as our payment processor, which supports most payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers. We also accept cash and check payments.

A travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Any additional fees will be communicated before work begins when possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about technical issues
  • Backing up important data before service (we are not responsible for data loss)
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Being present or having an authorized representative available during service
  • Providing necessary passwords and access credentials
  • Assisting with password recovery processes, including being available to receive and verify phone calls from service providers when account recovery is needed

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your equipment and data, Tech on Tires is not liable for:

  • Data loss during repair or maintenance
  • Damage to equipment that was already compromised
  • Loss of business or revenue
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on our repair services for the specific issue addressed. This warranty does not cover new problems, physical damage, or issues caused by user error, software updates, or third-party modifications.

8. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your personal and business information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
